What is HR Process Dynamic?
   



The HRS process dynamic is a method that considers correlation between various levels of efficiency, satisfaction, and outputs or results (fig.2) of any organisation. The method considers 'personnel' or 'human resources' of an organisation as a starting point. HRS process dynamic analyses the mentioned 'correlation' to identify views, ideas, and vision of management and personnel, and utilise the analysis as a baseline for development.
